Learn to look into the distance. Touch the depth. Look high up. Turn around and feel the broad space around you. Kimen House is a truly special building located right on the coast, at a distance of 200 metres from Kimen Hotel.
Let the sound of the sea and the steady movement of the waves relax you every day. You are welcome to stay at Kimen House in the winter period, from 1 November 2023. to 22 March 2024, and in the warmer part of the year, from 9 May to 30 September 2024.
The total capacity of Kimen House is 10 rooms, 4 of which are double rooms with an extra bed and facing the sea, one double room that also faces the sea, and the final 4 double rooms face the park and the Mediterranean vegetation of the island of Cres.
All rooms come with SAT TV, and we can also provide a cot, if needed. Your pets are also welcome to stay at Kimen House.

Note
- the 10% early bird discount is valid for bookings made until 31 January 2024
- child up to 3 (2.99) years of age: stays free of charge
- pets per day: EUR 9.00
- cot per day (only if requested in advance): EUR 10.00
DISCOUNTS
- For an uninterrupted stay of:
- at least 7 nights in Kimen Hotel we will grant you a discount in the amount equal to the price of a one-way ferry ticket to the island of Cres
- at least 14 nights in Kimen Hotel we will grant you a discount in the amount equal to the price of a return ferry ticket to the island of Cres.
- The discount is available only if you present your ferry ticket at the reception desk of Kimen Hotel. The discount is valid for Brestova – Porozina and Valbiska – Merag ferry lines only.
- In the period from 1 November 2023 to 22 March 2024 (departure day) and from 20 October to 31 December 2024, we ask of our guests to submit their ferry ticket to the reception desk at Turist travel agency in Cres, and in the period from 9 May to 30 September 2024 to the reception desk at Kimen Hotel.
Seasonal Discounts
From 1/1 until 29/6/2024 (arrival) and from 9/9 until 20/10/2024:
- stay for 7 nights = pay for 6 nights
- stay for 14 nights = pay for 12 nights
GUEST TRANSFER
- We offer organised transfer for all our hotel guests from Krk and Pula airports to the hotel and back for a price of EUR 120.00 per person.
- Transfer costs need to be paid in advance. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance if you require transfer.

A peaceful stay while exploring beautiful Cres island!
The hotel is beautiful and situated just off the beach. A very easy walk to the main part of town, and a great”home base” to explore more of the island. The gardens outside made our room feel private and peaceful. Breakfast was outstanding. We loved our stay!

Perfect stay for a short holliday on the Island Cres
The staff was very kind and helpfull, Specialy Robert from the reception was very kind and give us a lot of tips to reach the prived beaches ! Also the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpfull, you get served at the buffet and after you get served at your table.
