Inquiries and bookings are made via our website (email or contact form), mail, fax or in person at the reception desk of the hotel\/camp\/private accommodation unit.<\/p>\n

  1. The guest guarantees his booking by credit card or advance payment in the amount of 200 \u20ac per room or the amount agreed on with the KIMEN Hotel sales department.<\/li>\n
  2. Advance payment can be made: ONLINE\/BY CREDIT CARD or OFFLINE by bank transfer, and in person at KIMEN Hotel\u2019s reception desk.<\/li>\n
  3. Kimen Hotel check-in \u2013 from 3:00 p.m.<\/li>\n
  4. Kimen Hotel check-out \u2013 by 11:00 a.m.<\/li>\n
  5. Additional charges for late check-outs: 1 extra day of stay will be charged<\/li>\n
  6. The listed prices are valid for any length of stay (starting from 1 overnight stay).<\/li>\n
  7. Children in the hotel: 3\u201312 (11.99) years of age, and full price for children over 12 years of age (price for adults).<\/li>\n
  8. It is possible to rent a cot for babies 0\u20133 (2.99) years of age.<\/li>\n
  9. The final amount is paid at the hotel\u2019s reception desk before departure, whereas agency guests pay the full final amount in advance.<\/li>\n
  10. The prices are provided for information purposes only, and the hotel reserves the right to change them.<\/li>\n
  11. Changes in bookings are only possible in written form by the company\u2019s Sales Sector.<\/li>\n
  12. The hotel reserves the right to reject a booking should the guest fail to make the advance payment, misuse the system, or if the guest is known to be a non-payer or problematic.<\/li>\n

      1. The guest guarantees his booking by advance payment in the amount of 200 \u20ac per accommodation unit up to 14 days prior to arrival or by credit card for online bookings via this website, and the booking will be held until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the arrival day.<\/li>\n
      2. Free cancellations of bookings are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival.<\/li>\n
      3. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged the full amount of the advance payment.<\/li>\n
      4. No-shows without prior cancellation are charged the full amount of the advance payment.<\/li>\n
      5. Changes in bookings without incurring a fee are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. Fees for changes made less than 14 days prior to arrival are charged according to the House Rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
